While tied up downtown at RiverPlace Marina, I took some time to paint the life going on around me. We spent weekends and many weekdays enjoying the festivals and watching the dragon boats practice every day. The river banks were shared by fishermen and punks and tourists equally. Life continued daily across the bridge. Life dictated that this painting be done.

The original canvas suffered damage in the shipwreck.
